By using Hourlyfloor you agree to these terms.

License. After purchase you may use the templates in your own business, including with clients. You may not resell, share, or republish the kits as a competing product, template pack, or course.

Refunds. Because the products are instant digital downloads, refunds are handled case by case within 14 days if the files will not open. We do not refund “I already copied the text.”

Acceptable use. No scraping the site to train models for a competing commercial product, no fraud, no chargebacks after downloading.

Limitation. Liability is limited to the amount you paid for the product in the 12 months before a claim. Governing law will match the seller’s country of registration at the time of sale.
